Accessibility Issues

The current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is at version 9. We recommend you upgrade to this version to be able to take advantage of the latest features. Additionally, Adobe Acrobat 9 software provides a number of new capabilities that improve access for disabled users. You can read more about these new features at http://www.adobe.com/accessibility.

There are two new features offered from Adobe:

Adobe has an "Online conversion tools for Adobe PDF documents." All you have to do is type in a URL to an Adobe PDF document into an electronic form and select the Get This Adobe PDF Document As HTML button. The Adobe PDF document will be converted on-the-fly to HTML, and will be returned to you immediately in your browser application.
The e-mail based PDF accessibility tools have been updated. You can now submit multiple URLs in a single e-mail message as well as submit PDF files to Adobe as MIME attachments.
